The new single by Kay V Singh, entitled “Laung Gawacha”, co written by Ammu Sandhu, promises to be another exciting track from the Urban Punjabi sensation.

Kay V Singh, one of North America’s finest exports in recent years, returns to the Bhangra scene in 2016 with a highly anticipated brand new single featuring the production of newcomers Ishi and Gagan – whom collectively make up “A2”.

The new single by Kay V Singh, entitled “Laung Gawacha”, co written by Ammu Sandhu, promises to be another exciting track from the Urban Punjabi sensation. Kay V Singh is notorious for being an artist that is musically unique and his uniqueness in the Bhangra industry has been greatly appreciated by Bhangra fans across the world. Having released tracks that showcased his traditional side of Bhangra, this track showcases an entirely new aspect of Kay V that Kay V’s listeners haven’t seen him previously explore.

“Laung Gawacha” focuses on the musical genre of EDM, a genre of music that Kay V has publically admitted is a genre that he particularly enjoys listening to and has always wanted to explore as a musical artist. The track features an electric and modern-day EDM beat which compliments Kay V Singh’s soft vocals perfectly in a track that will definitely have listeners singing and dancing to the infectious hook and melodies in no time.

Speaking to Kay V Singh, he promises “Laung Gawacha” is the first of many from him this year as 2016 looks like another exciting year for Kay V and North American Bhangra talent!

“A2 are two brothers who produce EDM and House music. They emailed me their work a while back and i loved it and connected with them. At the time I had the song Laung Gawacha sitting around as I was looking for the right producer for it. Sure enough I found two not just one. I like the fact that both of them bring in their own creativity to their tracks and just make it that much better. We have other future projects lines up as well. Definitely expect more EDM House music from me in the future.

For the rest of the year I have quite a bit planned. Will be bringing back lots of bhangra music as well as some slow jams with various producers along with some collaborations with north american artists. Aside from that will be touring the country doing various shows throughout the year and this weekend being the biggest show North American desi artists have ever been a part of, which is the Urban Desi Conference and Concert in Times Square.
