Sami Yusuf UK Tour In Aid of Orphans Worldwide
Sami Yusuf, the multi-talented and world-renowned British Muslim artist, has teamed up with Penny Appeal to perform exclusively at 10 venues in the UK, in aid of orphans across the world.
These special events, starting on Wednesday 20th April, mark the start of an amazing international tour, where Sami will perform songs from his new album, Barakah, along with a selection of his greatest hits.
Barakah, which launched last month, has already received incredible reviews for its brilliance in mixingtraditional sounds spanning over 1,000 years from three continents.His performances are guaranteed to enthral and inspire audiences with every song.
Sami is celebrated for being a musician with a message and a tireless humanitarian campaigner.As the Global Ambassador for the United Nations’ World Food Programme, providing for those in need is something very close to his heart, and is reflected in the decision to work with international humanitarian charity, Penny Appeal, to support orphans worldwide as part of the tour.
Each night, Penny Appeal will showcase their worldwide work in supporting orphans and educating vulnerable children, with funds raised being dedicated to opening new schools and sponsoring orphans.
