All time classic Bhangra albums released by Keda Records!

Premi – Chammak Jehi Mutiar Da (1983) and Heera – Jagh Wala Mela (1984) are now available as part of the box set The Birth of Southall Bhangra released by Keda Records.

The recordings are not remixes, but the actual original analogue recordings that were produced in 1983/1984 by Kuljit Bhamra.

Heera's singer Kumar said “ We are thrilled that Keda has re-launched these albums. There has been so much demand for them over the past years and at last, audiences can now purchase this amazing box set of iconic songs”.

The box set of four CDs also contains a documented history booklet of the Southall bands from the late 1960s onwards, together with featured songs by Hans Raj Hans and Mohinder Kaur Bhamra.
